This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you open the site, the server automatically processes information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to operate the website and is not merged with other data.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We use the typefaces Poppins and Inter. They are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own server. Visiting this website therefore creates no connection to Google servers.

On our restaurant pages you can load a Google Maps map. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map only loads once you click the Load map button. Without that click, no connection to Google is established.

With the click your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google may transfer the data to the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings above. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

If you send us a reservation request or an application through a form, we process the details you enter solely in order to handle your request.

To deliver these messages to our mailbox we use the service Brevo, operated by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Brevo processes the data on our behalf on servers in the European Union. A data processing agreement is in place.

For reservations the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, namely pre-contractual measures, otherwise your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Application data is processed under § 26 BDSG. We delete your data once the purpose no longer applies, application documents at the latest six months after the process ends.

On our restaurant pages you can load a booking window from OpenTable. The provider is OpenTable Inc., 1 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, represented in Europe by OpenTable International Ltd.

The window loads when you open a restaurant page, so you can book without a detour. Your IP address is transmitted to OpenTable, along with the details you enter for your reservation. OpenTable may transfer the data to the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, because booking a table is the purpose for which you open a restaurant page. If you would rather not book through OpenTable, you can call us at any time, the number is on every restaurant page. More information is available in OpenTable's privacy policy.

If you call us or send an email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

In the footer we link to our Instagram and Facebook profiles. These are plain links. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click them. We do not embed any plugins.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact verwaltung@remos-restaurants.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
